Certificate Log (Beta)

Overview
The Certificate Log gives Admins, Owners, and Managers a single place to view all certificates held across their organisation, regardless of how they were earned. Whether a certificate came from completing a task cycle, was added manually, or was earned through an external process, it appears here.
This is separate from the Compliance Log. The Certificate Log covers every certificate in the system. The Compliance Log covers task and completion status for content specifically flagged as compliance.
Accessing the Certificate Log
Log in as an Admin, Owner, or Manager.
Navigate to the Certificates section and select Go to Certificate Log, or access it directly from the main navigation.
Select the view you need from the available tabs.
What the Certificate Log shows
Each row in the log includes:
Person name
Certificate name
How the certificate was earned
Date earned
Expiry date (where applicable)
Stat cards at the top of the page give a summary count of certificates across your organisation.
Filtering the view
Team filter — scope the view to a specific team using the prominent Team filter above the table.
Advanced filter builder — build condition-based queries across content, people, and date properties. Available filters include content completed date, with a full set of date operators (on date, before, after, between, and more).
Selecting and exporting
Row-level actions — use the action menu on any row for individual record actions
Batch selection — tick the checkbox on one or more rows to select them for bulk actions
Export — export the current view to CSV or XLSX

Notes and limitations
All certificates are included. Unlike the Compliance Log, the Certificate Log does not require content to be flagged. Every certificate in the system appears here.
Managers see a scoped view. Access is limited to the people they manage.
Some features still in development. Certain filters and options are still being finalised and will be released during the beta period.
