Create your own Analytics Dashboards (Closed Beta)
This functionality is available for selected customers. Please reach out to your Customer Success representative for enquiries.
Overview
Analytics Dashboards bring together insights created in Advanced Analytics into a single dashboard that audiences can filter, drill into and export.
Owners and Admins create and configure the dashboards and choose who sees them — by role, by manager type, and so on. With these dashboards, teams can design interactive views tailored to different audiences, save common filter combinations, configure drill-downs from high-level overviews down to granular detail, and produce board-ready presentations in a click. The result is the insights they need at a glance — less time pulling reports, more time acting on what they find.

Quick Start Guide for Owner and Admins - Creating an Advanced Analytics dashboard
From the homepage, select Create Dashboard → Analytics → Advanced Analytics Dashboard
Give the dashboard a name at the top
To split the dashboard into sections or build a narrative, use the tab bar to add tabs with the + button. To rename a tab, click its three dots and select Rename.
Set the default Date range, then drag any relevant Filters (for example, Team Name) into the filter bar so viewers can filter interactively.
Use the Cog icon at the bottom of the filter menu to configure each filter — rename it and set it as interactive, locked or hidden.
From the Drag to add panel, drag the components you want onto the dashboard. For example:
Drag Visualization onto the canvas to create a new custom insight, then choose the metric, the attribute to break it down by, and the chart type. You can also reuse one from the Saved visualizations panel (bottom left).
Add a Rich Text block for a title or description, use a Column container to place visualisations side by side, or use a Visualization switcher to combine several visualisations into one element.
Resize and drag visualisations to arrange them. You can also add Titles, Descriptions and Sections.
Click any visualisation to open its menu and set its options: Configuration, Interactions (to set up drill-downs), Edit, or Remove from dashboard.
Configuration: hide the title, inherit the description or add a custom one, and define filtering and cross-filtering settings.
Interactions: add drilling (Drill into Dashboard, Drill into another Visualisation, Drill down into hierarchy, Drill into URL).
Use the Cog icon in the top-right corner to set dashboard-wide options, such as the Date range dimension applied across the dashboard and which functionality to enable or disable for that dashboard (for example, cross-filtering).
When you're happy with the setup, click Save.
In the Add Dashboard dialog, enter the Name, choose the Audience type, tick Visible to and Default for the relevant roles, then select Add Dashboard.
After saving:
In view mode you can apply filters and save them as Saved views, export the dashboard or individual visualisations, or select the blue Edit button to change the dashboard's content and settings.
To edit the dashboard's audience and name, use the three dots in the top banner → Edit Dashboard.
To delete the dashboard, use the three dots in the top banner → Delete Dashboard.
💡 Use tabs and Rich Text headers to structure a dashboard as a narrative — for example, an "Overview" tab followed by tabs that drill into the detail — so the people you share it with can follow the story.
IMPORTANT: Set the correct Date dimension for each visualisation via Configuration → Filter by → Date range as, so that the top-level Date filter applies correctly to every visualisation.
Out of scope for the closed Beta
You may notice Alerts and Schedule exports in the dashboard and visualisation settings. These features are not yet available.
