FAQs

Q: Which team members appear in my Team Skills view?
You'll see members of teams where you're the manager. Enable "Include sub-teams" to see members of teams nested under yours.

Q: What if I manage multiple teams?
Use the team selector to switch between teams. Each team shows its own skill data.

Q: Can I see skills for users I don't manage?
Managers see their direct and indirect reports. Admins, Owners, and HR can view skills across the organisation.

Q: What's the 'preferred rating' I see in reports?
The preferred rating is the manager rating if one exists, otherwise the self-rating. This ensures manager assessments take precedence when available.

Q: Can I export my team's skills?
The Team Skills view is designed for on-screen review. For exports, use individual user exports or Skills Reports on dashboards.

Q: How do I encourage my team to rate their skills?
Use Skill Rating Reminders to automatically prompt team members. You can also send Ad Hoc Skill Rating Requests to specific individuals.
