1-to-1 Notifications and Reminders

1-to-1 Notifications and Reminders

Overview

Learn Amp automatically sends email notifications and reminders throughout the 1-to-1 lifecycle to keep reviewees and reviewers informed and on track. From the moment a 1-to-1 is issued through to completion, both parties receive timely communications to ensure check-ins happen as planned.

Understanding when notifications are sent helps you set expectations with your team and troubleshoot any communication issues.

FAQs

Q: Can I disable reminder emails?
Users can manage their notification preferences in their profile settings. Company admins can also configure company-wide notification settings.

Q: What if someone doesn't receive notifications?
Check their email address is correct, notifications are enabled in their preferences, and emails aren't going to spam.

Q: Are notifications sent for archived 1-to-1s?
No—archived 1-to-1s don't trigger any notifications.

Q: Can I customise notification content?
The notification content is standardised, but you can add context through the 1-to-1 template description.

Q: Do stand-in managers receive notifications?
Yes—when a manager goes on break and 1-to-1s are reassigned, the stand-in manager receives all relevant notifications.
